what materials do you use?

Mostly vintage and/or used materials sourced both locally and online.

The history of vintage materials I acquire are unknown. Expect vintage characteristics such as, but not limited to, signs of wear, imperfections, odors, and stains.

I pre-treat and pre-wash most fabric with unscented hypoallergenic detergent and oftentimes line-dry, but occasionally may use scented products. I typically do not wash completed garments unless necessary.

Vintage materials are found in limited amounts, thus availability and sizes are also limited. Each piece is unique, and no two garments will be identical.

At times, new/modern materials are used, which will be disclosed in the listing.

CUSTOMS

Custom spots are made available for certain styles at certain times. Please visit my Instagram page for the most current information.

Please email me through the contact form, or message me on Instagram. Include your measurements (read below “How to Measure”).

Once I confirm the custom work and you agree to proceed, purchase the service on my website (50% non-refundable fee).

Once your custom is ready, I’ll create a listing for you to complete the purchase.

Incomplete transactions after 2 weeks are considered a forfeit of services. The finished product will be posted for general sale at its full value.

I will stay in communication with you throughout the entire process.

How to Measure:

-Bust: circumference of the fullest part

-Top length: from your shoulder (midpoint between your neck and shoulder) to desired hem

-Waist: circumference of your natural bend, typically 1”-2” above your navel

-Hip: circumference of the fullest part of your rear, typically 7-9” below your waist

-Pant/skirt length: from your waist to desired hem

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of vintage materials used and the hand-making process, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted. However, if an item is grossly misrepresented, or if you have an issue with your order, please contact me.

This shop is not responsible for purchases once they are dropped off for shipping. If your package becomes lost in the mail, please file a claim with your local post office or chosen carrier.

What are your shipping times?

I aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days of completed transactions. However, please understand, I cannot account for unforeseen circumstances. I will communicate any delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Prior to purchasing, please contact me through the Contact section on this website or Instagram for a quote. As usual, free shipping within the United States of America.

How do I care for my garment?

Spot-clean, gentle hand-wash, and line-dry is recommended.

Second best alternative is a delicate cold machine wash with like colors and no-to-low spin cycle with mild detergent, and line-dry away from direct sunlight.

BAGS/ACCESSORIES: Spot clean and hang dry only. Do not machine wash.

Bleach and harsh chemicals are not recommended.

This shop is not responsible for normal wear-and-tear which will inevitably occur over time and with use such as, but not limited to, color fading, texture changes, loose threads, rips, tears, etc.
